  • Landscape & Grounds Care: Handle light landscape‑related tasks in areas not covered by contracted services, including routine checks of retention ponds, drainage zones, and perimeter fencing.

  • First Aid & OSHA Support: Monitor and replenish first aid kits to ensure full readiness and provide on‑site support for OSHA‑related topics when the local OSHA team is not present, including maintaining required documentation, coordinating inspections, and assisting with general compliance activities.

  • Cross‑Team Support: Provide hands‑on assistance to local administration, automation, and machining teams as needed, contributing to small tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in facilities management or a related maintenance leadership role.

  • Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively between internal teams, executives, and external vendors; strong communication skills are essential.

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all facility‑related tasks and documentation.

  • Certifications: Professional credentials such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) are a significant plus.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
